Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior RCC Engineer to lead and oversee the design, analysis, and execution of reinforced concrete structures for infrastructure, and residential projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in structural engineering principles, experience in handling large-scale RCC projects, and the ability to lead teams and coordinate with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, detailing, and analysis of RCC structures including foundations, slabs, columns, beams, and retaining walls.

Prepare and review structural calculations, drawings, and BOQs in compliance with relevant codes and standards (IS, ACI, BS, etc.).

Supervise and provide technical guidance to junior engineers, draftsmen, and site staff.

Coordinate with architectural, MEP, and construction teams to ensure seamless integration of RCC elements in the overall project design.

Perform site inspections and structural audits to ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications.

Ensure timely delivery of RCC designs and technical documents to meet project timelines.

Liaise with consultants, contractors, and clients for design approvals and clarifications.

Evaluate and recommend appropriate construction materials and methods.

Handle structural modifications, retrofitting, and reinforcement design as per site requirements.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, local building codes, and environmental regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 per year
