The Liability Sales department focuses on the liability acquisition, assets and retail forex business for the bank. The department drives business from 2700+ branches and is responsible for sourcing of retail and corporate deposits, salary and non-salary accounts, trust accounts and forex Business with a view to increase the retail book of the bank.
About the Role
Acquisition Marketing and Merchandising Managers who will be responsible for identifying avenues to increase throughput at touchpoints for Axis Corporate Salary and Affluent businesses (Burgundy + Burgundy Pvt). Key Corporate Salary initiatives include corporate & corporate park activations and creation of networking opportunities with corporate Chief Decision Makers (CDM) for strategic results. Golf, luxury brand partnerships & entrepreneur associations are central to affluent acquisition. Incumbent\xe2\x80\x99s responsibility will include having a city level view of planned engagements, clients/contacts\xe2\x80\x99 engaged, 30/60/90D results tracking, expense management and adherence to controls & compliance requirements. The incumbent should stay abreast of developments within their own field and contribute to directional strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Acquisition view: Build and maintain conduit for streamlined flow of acquisition funnel from corporates and affluent partnerships while maintaining optimal cost of acquisition
Networking : Create unique and engaging events for corporate senior management (CDM) networking \xe2\x80\x93 key avenue for informal introduction and onboarding target corporates
Relationship view: Continued CDM engagement at legacy corporates to deepen the relationship
Strategic view: Leverage the affluent partnerships to table unique experiences to Suvidha CDMs and top management
Promote Collaboration : Leverage internal partnerships with Branch, SKY and service teams at events
Coverage: Ensure high quality execution and drive all events on the ground
