Job description :- Managing end-to-end sales lifecycle tapping prospects, analyzing their requirements, rendering advice, negotiating commercially and ensuring timely disbursement of loan documents to the customer.- Sourcing Home Loans (For Purchase/Construction/Renovation of Residential House), LAP products and implementing strategies to enhance market penetration and business volumes through team of Sales Officer and DSAs- Recruiting DSAs, assisting them in achieving their targets and driving them towards company goals.- Cross-sell LAP to existing customers by way of renewal and fresh acquisition.- Managing internal and external customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.Job Requirement :- Qualification - Graduate / MBA.- Minimum 2 years experience under retail asset sale.- Strong negotiation skill.
