Hiring for Rational Manual Tester_Pune
Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
Develop, document, and execute manual test cases and test scripts using IBM Rational tools (Rational Quality Manager, Rational Functional Tester, etc.).
Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing of applications.
Identify, record, and track defects using Rational ClearQuest or other defect management tools.
Collaborate with development teams to understand defects and help resolve issues.
Participate in test planning, test case reviews, and status meetings.
Ensure test coverage meets business and technical requirements.
Provide clear and detailed test reports and documentation.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
Stay updated on testing best practices and IBM Rational tool capabilities
