Rating Analyst-1year+-Pune
Summary - An exciting opportunity to join a leading global ratings and research organization, where you will analyze corporates, assess creditworthiness, and deliver impactful insights for rating decisions. This role provides exposure to client management, financial analysis, and credit risk assessment.

Responsibilities - * Analyze financial and business performance of corporates, benchmark against peers, and project future performance.

• Conduct detailed credit risk analysis through industry, business, and financial research.
• Assign ratings, prepare structured reports, and present recommendations to the Rating Committee.
• Manage client relationships, interact with senior management, and communicate final ratings.
• Ensure timely, high-quality analytics, and provide guidance to junior analysts.

Requirements - * MBA/CA with strong academic background.

• 1-3 years of experience in credit analysis, rating, or financial analysis.
• Strong skills in analytics, communication, and client handling.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver under strict timelines.
• Experience in mentoring or supporting junior team members is an advantage.
