Accountabilities:

• Responsible for reviewing the capital / RWA computation for the Global Banks/ Indian banks / NBFCs in line with regulatory requirements
• Assist in technology implementation (For eg. OFSAA module for CAPAD) for CAPAD, ICAAP and other risk types
• Be part of the team to assist the client in designing the strategies to optimize the capital, balance sheet optimization
• Assist in reviewing/ enhancing and developing the stress testing framework along with calculations and impact on profitability and capital
• Contribute to broader projects involving capital management expertise, such as credit risk, counterparty credit risk, CCAR, ICAAP, Stress Test, risk based performance measurement techniques, etc
• Strong knowledge of APRA prudential standards and their implementation
• Prior experience in Capital or an in-depth understanding of aligned functions such as M&A or Regulatory Reporting
• Good understanding of data and analytics
• Collaborative mindset, a “can do” attitude and proactive approach to delivery
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to think critically when facing complex problems
• Relevant degree qualifications in areas such as finance or quantitative
