The main purpose is to take full responsibility of Troubleshooting & Problem Analysis / Technical Discussions / Self Initiator to Mentor peers for Competence Development / Process understanding and awareness / Audits awareness and follow ups / handling emergencies and trouble tickets activities related to STP DRA Network (Describe the Job summary here)!

What you will do

• Ensure network performance KPI & post deviation analysis for RF, RAN network.
• Work well within predefined system support guidelines and ground rules.
• Participate in internal technical discussions in view to improve overall network performance and make recommendations wherever possible.
• Ensure correct working methodology, Best Practices and Continuous improvements in Ways of Working for efficiency improvements and betterment in deliveries.
• Execute system configuration related changes as per given access rights.

You will bring

• Degree in Engineering preferably in Electronics and communication, CS or IT or equivalent.
• Years of experience: 8-10 in Experience in Telecom depends upon JS level.
• Mobile Telecommunications knowledge with telephony switching principles, transport networks, access networks, traffic concept, telecommunication networks & signaling, voice and data flows, value Added services.
• Good understanding of Network Architecture in technologies of 2G, 3G, 4G & 5G.
• KPI formulae, KPI degradation and KPI troubleshooting Ericsson/Huawei system is required.
• Analytical and synthesis capabilities
• RF knowledge for 2G/3G/LTE/NR
• LTE hands on Radio parameter and features on Ericsson/Huawei system is required.
• VoLTE troubleshooting
• Understanding of Radio KPI for each technology
• Data analytical skills, modelling, and hands on experience in RF
• Understanding of RAN call flows
• Performance Monitoring tools like, BI/ENIQ, S-KPI, Mycom, Kailx, etc. is needed.
• Ticketing tools like ITSM, any 3PP.
• Drive test analysis exposure
• Language skills: Proficiency in Written / Spoken English
