Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Railway Design Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in design and Railway CAD software, with a proven track record in designing railway track fastenings and turnouts. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of high-quality railway components and infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design railway track fastenings and turnouts using specialized Railway CAD software. Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for manufacturing. Collaborate with production teams to ensure designs are feasible and meet quality standards. Conduct design reviews and implement improvements for durability and performance. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client requirements. Support prototype development, testing, and validation processes. Maintain accurate documentation and design records for all projects.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in design and Railway CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, MicroStation, or industry-specific tools). Demonstrated experience in designing railway track fastenings and turnouts. Strong understanding of railway engineering principles and manufacturing processes. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of railway safety standards and quality assurance protocols. Experience with finite element analysis or other simulation tools. Familiarity with production and assembly processes for railway components.
