Key Responsibilities
Implementation of O&M strategies for the RRTS system, ensuring compliance with approved standards, procedures, and international best practices.
Monitor operations and maintenance activities to ensure service reliability, safety, and efficiency.
Review of O&M manuals, SOPs, procedure orders, and O&M documents in alignment with statutory requirements.
Prepare disaster management plans, emergency response protocols, and ensure integration with city- and state-level disaster management authorities.
Finalize operational control strategies suitable for different stages.
Prepare and review train schedules, ensuring efficiency, headway adherence, and synchronization with demand forecasts.
Assess manpower requirements across all O&M functions (operations, maintenance, safety, customer service).
Assist in defining job descriptions, qualifications, and competency frameworks for O&M staff in line with international standards.
Planning of the requirement of all spare parts with sufficient inventory necessary for continuous operations.
Documentation of latest trends both in domestic and international market regarding implementation and operations & maintenance which can be relevant to Employer.
Monitor the Empty Trail Runs and assist the Employer by providing guidance in best international practices.
Assist the Employer in asset handover from project and DLP management.
Any other roles and responsibilities required to be performed to complete the project and assigned by the PD/Employer.
