About the role :

- As a part of Radix's Consumer Insights and Research team, you will work closely with the Lead of CI and Research to execute various research projects, assist in discovering audience/brand insights, and conduct studies to help measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

- The Research Specialist will be responsible for executing quantitative and qualitative research projects from start to finish, assisting in managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders alongside partner agencies, and helping to deliver meaningful insights to develop new business and brand strategies.

What is the job like ?

- Assist in planning and execution of various qualitative and quantitative research projects from -conceptualization, implementation to end delivery

- Design quantitative and qualitative study questionnaires depending on research objectives

- Coordinate with various internal teams to collate research requirements and help devise appropriate research solutions

- Understand marketing campaigns, prepare research objectives and assist in conducting research to design and measure their effectiveness

- Perform and help to discover research based audience, brand and market insights

- Assimilate, aggregate and interpret all primary and secondary data to present findings in a simplified and usable format

- Organize and execute research projects tracking and reviewing progress at various milestones, maintaining data repositories/shared information, while ensuring compliance with timeframes, budget, and legalities

- Manage all communication with internal and external stakeholders for productive administration and delivery of all research and insights projects

Who should apply for this role ?

- 4-6 years of work experience in marketing research (with a substantial amount of time managing quantitative and qualitative research projects)

- Having expertise in designing research questionnaires (both qualitative and quantitative)

- Excel at synthesizing, analyzing, and testing data, interpreting information, drawing conclusions, and telling the data story with informative insights (including observing consumer focus groups or in-depth interviews, analyzing crosstabs, etc.)

- Experience in conducting statistical data analysis and delivering findings in the form of MS/Google presentations to relevant internal and external stakeholders

- Management of projects at various stages within the organization and coordination alongside external research partners/agencies

- Hands-on at running survey tools like SurveyMonkey, Google Forms, or Qualtrics Exceptional written and oral communication skills with an emphasis on storytelling

- Excellent organizational skills with a strong focus on managing details and quality
