About the role :

.FUN is an exciting new domain extension made exclusively for businesses whose job is to make people smile!

You will be working closely with the Brand Manager, VP of Brands, and the CEO in taking .FUN to the next level.

We strongly believe in backing our employees to deliver and giving them the opportunity to make a mark.

At .FUN, you will be responsible for growing the TLD through the conceptualization of exciting and fun (no pun intended) campaigns and partnerships. You will work with supremely talented and impressive folks across functions to give life to our campaigns, event integrations and partnerships. Creativity is of utmost priority as no idea is a bad idea at Radix since we believe in running larger-than-life campaigns.

What is the job like ?

- 360 Degree Marketing Campaigns: Marketing projects (including but not restricted to social media marketing, influencer marketing, video campaigns, PR campaigns) with the objective of creating awareness across businesses in the kids education, kids entertainment and gaming industries.

- Building a Strong Brand Positioning:

- Working with the team to create a strong brand positioning for .FUN by creating allegiance within our TG through earned media and building valuable projects that accrue value over the long term

- Project Management: Work closely with the content, web development, and design teams to ensure deadlines are met and quality standards maintained.

- Strategic Partnerships: Develop strong, mutually beneficial relationships with key stakeholders in the ecosystem including communities and events

Who should apply for this role ?

- Graduate/Post graduate with specialization in marketing, business, or communications.

- Work experience of 0-3yrs in a B2C marketing role working with a product/brand or agency

- Strong understanding of the social media landscape and creative ability to ideate and execute innovative content & campaigns on Tik Tok, Instagram, and Twitter

- Ability to approach problems with an analytical mindset

- A people's person who flourishes in an environment that requires them to manage, work and organize across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment
