Job Description

Transcription:

Accurately transcribe ultrasound findings from handwritten notes provided by sonographers and radiologists.

Data entry:

Enter patient information, medical history, and test details into the hospital's EHR system.

Quality control:

Proofread and edit reports for any typographical, spelling, or grammatical errors.

Formatting:

Ensure all reports are properly formatted, organized, and free of inconsistencies.

Record keeping:

Maintain organized and accurate records of all ultrasound reports.

Collaboration:

Work with medical staff to clarify any ambiguous information in reports.

Confidentiality:

Maintain the confidentiality of patient information in accordance with medical standards .

Pay: ?21,937.28 - ?28,880.89 per month
