Ludhiana, Punjab (on-site, full-time)

Role Overview

As a Radiology Technician Trainer, you'll develop and deliver both theoretical and hands-on training to students enrolled in the Radiology Technician diploma/course at the Ludhiana centre.

Key Responsibilities

Curriculum & Training Delivery

Conduct classroom lectures on radiology principles, anatomy, imaging methods (X?ray, ultrasound, CT fundamentals). Oversee hands-on lab sessions: operation of X?ray machines, darkroom techniques, patient positioning, safety protocols. Use case studies, demonstrations, and simulations to reinforce learning.

Assessment & Support

Design assessments--written tests, practical evaluations, viva voce--and analyze performance metrics to ensure effectiveness. Provide ongoing support and mentorship to students, responding to their queries and guiding them through clinical practices.
Qualifications & Experience

Education:

Minimum B.Sc. in Radiologic Technology or equivalent; Master's degree preferred.

Experience:

At least 1 year of professional experience in radiology (clinical or teaching); teaching exposure is advantageous.

Language:

Proficient in English, Punjabi (spoken and written) for classroom and documentation.
Skills & Competencies

Technical Proficiency:

Understanding of digital imaging systems, X?ray workflows, and patient preparation standards.

Pedagogical Skills:
