Job Description

The Radiology Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality academic and practical training to students enrolled in the Radiology and Imaging Technology programs. The trainer will ensure that students acquire the necessary technical knowledge, clinical skills, and professional behavior to excel in the healthcare field.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct theory and practical classes as per the prescribed curriculum and academic calendar. Train students in radiological techniques, imaging procedures (X-ray, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, etc.), radiation safety, and equipment handling. Demonstrate and supervise practical sessions in radiology labs and clinical settings. Evaluate student performance through assignments, practical exams, and viva voce. Ensure adherence to safety and ethical standards during training sessions. Coordinate with academic and clinical staff to facilitate clinical postings and hands-on learning experiences. Maintain student attendance, progress reports, and academic records. Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and institutional development activities. Stay updated with the latest advancements and technologies in diagnostic radiology.

Qualifications and Experience:

Master's or Bachelor's degree in Radiology / Radiological Technology / Medical Imaging Technology from a recognized institution. Minimum 2-3 years of teaching or clinical experience in diagnostic radiology. Strong knowledge of radiographic techniques, imaging equipment, and radiation protection protocols. Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

Proficiency in digital radiography and modern imaging modalities. Ability to engage and mentor students effectively. Familiarity with educational technology and e-learning tools.

Salary:

Commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
