Skills:Understanding of imaging modalities, including X-ray, MRI, CT, and ultrasound Proficient in the use of radiology information systems (RIS) and picture archiving and communication systems (PACS) Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and healthcare data management Assist in the management of the radiology department, including oversight of personnel, equipment, and patient care processes Support the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures to optimize workflow and ensure compliance with regulatory standards Coordinate staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and efficient resource allocation Monitor departmental performance metrics and identify areas for improvement Facilitate training and development opportunities for staff to enhance technical skills and ensure adherence to safety protocols Act as a liaison between radiology staff, other departments, and external stakeholders to promote collaborative patient care

Qualification:Diploma in Radiology
