X-Ray Intern Responsibilities

Shift Details: Rotational Shifts (Morning / Afternoon / Night)

Stipend: No stipend will be provided during the internship period.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist radiologists and senior technicians in taking X-rays of patients as per prescribed protocols.

- Ensure proper patient positioning and explain procedures to patients before imaging.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the X-ray room and ensure proper functioning of equipment.

- Handle patient data entry, report tagging, and assist in maintaining accurate records.

- Follow all radiation safety guidelines and wear protective gear as required.

- Support in image processing and ensure images are stored and labeled correctly in the system.

- Assist in preparing and organizing radiological supplies and consumables.

- Observe and learn the interpretation process under the guidance of senior staff.

- Coordinate with nursing and medical staff for smooth workflow during imaging procedures.

- Work under rotational shifts and maintain punctuality and discipline during duty hours.
