Position: 1 )Head of Department (HOD) - Radiology

2) Radiologist Consultant

Location: Varanasi (across 4 diagnostic centres)

Modalities Available: CT, MRI, Ultrasound, X-Ray

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage radiology operations across all centers.

Supervise and ensure quality reporting across all imaging modalities.
Develop and implement SOPs and clinical protocols.
Oversee team performance, training, and scheduling.
Collaborate with referring clinicians for effective patient care.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
Contribute to strategic planning and departmental growth.

Requirements:

MBBS with MD/DNB in Radiology.
Minimum 2 -10 years of experience, with leadership experience preferred.
Proficiency in CT, MRI, USG, and X-Ray reporting.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: ₹4,00,000 to ?7,00,000 per month (based on experience and current remuneration)
Annual Leave: 12 paid leaves per year (1 per month, pro-rata basis)
Spouse Adjustment: Possible, based on qualifications and center requirements.
