Key Responsibilities

Image Interpretation

: Analyze medical images to diagnose and monitor diseases, providing accurate interpretations to guide treatment decisions.

Collaboration

: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including referring physicians, to discuss findings and recommend appropriate imaging techniques and treatment plans.

Interventional Procedures

: Perform image-guided procedures, such as biopsies and drain placements, to assist in diagnosis and treatment.

Patient Safety

: Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures, adhering to radiation safety protocols.

Quality Assurance

: Participate in quality assurance programs to maintain high standards in imaging practices and stay updated on advancements in radiology technology.

Documentation

: Maintain accurate records of patient information and imaging results, and communicate findings to other medical staff
