Interpret and report diagnostic imaging studies including X-ray, Ultrasound, CT, MRI, and Mammography as per hospital protocols.
Supervise and guide Radiology Technologists to ensure high-quality imaging.
Ensure timely delivery of radiological reports to referring physicians.
Collaborate with clinicians for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
Maintain detailed, accurate, and compliant medical records as per NABH guidelines.
Participate in hospital audits, quality assurance programs, and accreditation processes.
Ensure radiation safety protocols are strictly followed for patients, staff, and self.
Train junior doctors, interns, and technicians on imaging procedures and safety standards.
Ensure calibration and maintenance of imaging equipment in coordination with biomedical teams.
Contribute to interdisciplinary rounds, clinical meetings, and case discussions.
Report critical findings immediately to the concerned physician/department.
Monitor turnaround time (TAT) and strive to meet NABH benchmarks.
