Perform and interpret diagnostic imaging procedures including X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, ultrasounds, and mammograms.
Analyze imaging reports and provide timely, accurate findings to referring physicians.
Consult with medical professionals regarding diagnostic imaging results and treatment options.
Ensure the highest standards of patient care and comfort during imaging procedures.
Maintain detailed and accurate medical records and imaging reports.
Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and radiation protection protocols.
Supervise and guide radiologic technologists and other staff.
Stay updated with the latest developments and best practices in radiology.
Qualifications:
MBBS + MD / DNB in Radiology or equivalent qualification.
Valid medical license to practice radiology.
[2+] years of relevant experience (can be adjusted based on role).
Proficiency in using radiology imaging software and digital systems (PACS/RIS).
Skills Required:
Strong analytical and diagnostic skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Familiarity with current advancements in imaging technologies.
