Operate

equipment proficiently, ensuring all settings are correct and images are of diagnostic quality.
Follow
radiation safety protocols
to minimize exposure for patients and staff, using protective shielding when required.
Ensure all imaging procedures comply with national and international standards, local regulations, and hospital policies regarding radiation exposure.
Maintain accurate patient records, documenting all relevant clinical information and images.
Provide radiology reports and images to physicians in a timely manner for review and diagnosis.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to data protection laws.
Review images for quality and ensure they meet the diagnostic standards required by physicians and radiologists.
Work closely with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care and diagnosis.
