Ensure compliance with radiation safety regulations and guidelines during cancer treatment procedures.
Conduct regular inspections of radiation equipment and facilities to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
Develop and maintain documentation related to radiation safety, including incident reports, risk assessments, and training records.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop policies and protocols for safe use of radiation therapy equipment.
Provide education and training on radiation safety principles to staff members.
Desired Candidate Profile
1-6 years of experience in Radiation Safety Officer role (L3) or equivalent position.
Strong knowledge of RSO (Radiation Safety Officer), Radiation Oncology, Ionizing Radiation, Nuclear Medicine, CT scan, MRI scans etc. .
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
