Key Responsibilities:
1.
Daily Complaint Handling
Take daily complaints from the Supervisor.
Share machine details with the CCO through Catalyst Call.
Accept calls, check in, and start working.
Solve minor issues and close the call.
For major issues, coordinate with brand engineers (Blue Star, Mitsubishi, Samsung).
Confirm material needs and update the CCO and Supervisor.
For
chargeable
materials: share model, serial number, part photo, service report, and customer signature with the Chargeable Department.
For
AMC/Warranty
: send full details to the CCO for material order.
2.
On-Site Work
Attend complaints from CCO via call or WhatsApp.
Visit customer site, confirm machine and service status (AMC/Warranty/Chargeable).
For spare parts, update the team with photos.
Use challan to take material from store and install at site
3.
Chargeable Complaints
Visit site, check machine, and solve the problem.
Report to CCO and share required material details.
After customer approval, take quotation, challan, and bill.
Collect visit charge and take customer signature.
Submit report to CCO at the end of the day.
4.
Daily Reporting
Share daily updates with CCO and Supervisor on all jobs and visits.
5.
Urgent Site Visits
Quickly respond to emergency or urgent complaints.
Requirements:
ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration, Electrical, or Mechanical.
1-3 years of AC service experience.
Basic knowledge of AMC/Warranty/Chargeable processes.
Able to use mobile apps for service reporting.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
