Work you\'ll do

• Utilize your experience to conceptualize, design, and deploy risk analytics solutions that enable the identification, assessment, and proactive management of risks across various business processes.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand risk management requirements and translate them into effective data-driven solutions.
• Leverage your expertise in key business processes to map data flows, identify control points, and implement risk-focused analytics strategies.
• Apply your foundational understanding of SAP tables to extract relevant data for analysis and risk assessment purposes.
• Work collaboratively with IT and cloud analytics teams to seamlessly integrate risk analytics solutions within cloud environments.
• Use SQL and Python for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
• Design and develop ETL processes to consolidate heterogeneous data into a centralized platform
• Create interactive and insightful visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to communicate complex risk-related insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Utilize predictive modeling techniques to develop data-driven models that forecast potential risks and facilitate proactive risk mitigation.
• Analyze risk trends, patterns, and anomalies, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Collaborate with compliance and audit teams to align risk analytics solutions with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in risk management, analytics, cloud technologies, and predictive modeling, contributing innovative ideas to strengthen risk analytics capabilities.
• Actively participate in practice development activities, such as new project proposals, RFPs and firm eminence activities

Qualification & Requirements

• 5-8 years of demonstrated expertise in risk analytics, particularly in key business processes such as Procure to Pay (PTP), Record to report (RTR), and Orde to cash (OTC).
• Robust understanding of cloud analytics principles, with hands-on experience in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Proficiency in Python / SQL / KNIME / Alteryx for data manipulation, analysis, and predictive modeling.
• Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlikview and Power BI to create impactful visualizations and reports.
• Strong analytical prowess and problem-solving skills, with the ability to convert complex data into actionable insights.
• Fundamental knowledge of SAP tables and their pertinence to business processes.
• Excellent communication skills for effectively conveying intricate technical concepts to varied audiences.
• Proven history of collaboration with cross-functional teams and delivering data-driven solutions.
• Relevance certifications in risk management, data analytics, cloud technologies, or predictive modeling would be advantageous.

Desirable Certifications

• MBA/Equivalent with specialization in Finance / Business Analytics
• Certification in Cloud (AWS/ Azure / GCP) Data analytics or AI/ML
• Certification in SAS or SQL Server or Other relational databases or big data platform
• Certification in Data Visualization - Tableau, Power BI, QlikView
