Job Description

Joining the Record to Report Team as a R2R Executive you will execute General Ledger activities within the TUI Global Business Services unit (TGBS) to provide a high level of service and support to the internal and external customers.
ABOUT THE JOB
Assist GL Team ensuring the financial integrity of the TUI legal entities managed by TGBS executing accounting closing transactions.
Answer internal customer queries and claims
You will reconcile balance sheet accounts in line with Group standards.
You will create journal entries and consolidate supporting documentation as well as assist in the production of financial statements and ad-hoc reports as required
You will follow the financial control procedures and process documents.
Provide support to the Finance Manager
Continuously reviewing processes and looking for more efficient ways of working
Key Contact for audit related questions
You will record COSO controls evidences in the area (Controlled Operations Successful Outcomes) in order to achieve internal group compliance for all entities under control

ABOUT YOU

Nice to have: University degree in accounting.
Experience in similar role will be advantageous.
Good written and spoken language skills in English.
A methodical, organized approach to the execution of assigned tasks
Strong Excel skills
Candidates with a SAP knowledge will be advantageous
