Role Summary
A high-performing, experienced oncology professional with a proven track record of mentoring peers and driving results across regions. This role involves consistent performance, knowledge-sharing, and introducing best practices. The individual will play a critical role in shaping local sales strategies while influencing broader regional impact.
Key Responsibilities
Successfully complete all required training programs, including product certification assessments.
Engage oncology healthcare professionals in scientific discussions on approved indications, efficacy, and safety profiles to support appropriate on-label use.
Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and execute a territory-specific business plan aimed at achieving or exceeding sales and call targets.
Drive sales performance and ensure targets and budget forecasts are consistently met or exceeded for the assigned territory.
Build and maintain deep knowledge of the local market, customer demographics, competitive landscape, and healthcare access dynamics.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards, particularly in interactions with healthcare professionals and distribution of promotional materials and samples.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
Bachelor//'s degree (Science/Pharmacy preferred)
Minimum of 3 years//' experience in Oncology sales
Desirable:
Experience working with multinational pharmaceutical companies (MNCs)
Currently managing or experienced with GUGYN (Gynecologic and Urologic Oncology) portfolio
