Job Title: Research and Development Executive - auto Paint manufacturing

Location: Chimbali, Pune

Salary: ?20,000 to ?25,000 per month

Experience: 1 to 2 years in R&D (Paint or Chemical Industry)

Qualification: B.Sc. in Chemistry, Graduation in Chemical Studies, or Diploma in Paint Technology

About the Role:

A reputed paint manufacturing company is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented R&D Executive to join its team in Chimbali, Pune. The ideal candidate will assist the R&D Manager in developing and testing aerosol paint formulations, ensuring quality standards, and supporting product development and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the R&D Manager in formulating and testing aerosol paints Help in the development of new products and improvement of existing formulations Conduct laboratory tests to ensure quality and performance Document all formulations, procedures, and quality test results Provide technical support to customers and the sales team as needed Collaborate with production and quality departments for product consistency Keep up-to-date with trends and innovations in paint technology
Required Skills:

Good understanding of paint chemistry and formulation Practical knowledge of laboratory testing methods Ability to interpret test results and suggest improvements Basic knowledge of aerosol technology is an advantage Strong communication and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented and a good team player
Educational Qualifications:

B.Sc. in Chemistry or Graduation in Chemical Studies or Diploma in Paint Technology
Experience:

1 to 2 years of experience in the R&D department of a paint or chemical company
