R&D Executive
to explore new event concepts, materials, designs, and technologies that enhance our client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Research the latest
event trends, themes, setups, and experiential technologies
.
Explore new
vendors, materials, and production techniques
for cost-effective and creative execution.
Assist the design and production teams in developing
mockups, 3D visualizations, and prototypes
.
Conduct
competitor analysis
and study market innovations in event setups and audience engagement.
Support the creative team in
pitch presentations and concept development
.
Maintain a database of new concepts, inspirations, and successful global event ideas.
Collaborate with project managers to test and implement innovative ideas during live events.
Requirements:
Graduate / Diploma in
Event Management, Design, Marketing, or related field
.
Strong research, analytical, and creative thinking skills.
Good knowledge of
event production materials, fabrication, lighting, and visual elements
.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google tools; knowledge of design software (SketchUp, Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
Self-motivated, curious, and detail-oriented personality.
