Job Description

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Design and develop power electronic circuits and control algorithms for inverters and converters.

2. Develop and implement firmware using C/C++ for control, protection, and communication functions.

3. Conduct system modelling and simulation using MATLAB/Simulink or equivalent tools.

4. Perform hardware validation and prototype testing, ensuring compliance with grid and IEEE/ IEC standards.

5. Collaborate with firmware, hardware, and system integration teams to ensure end-to-end functionality.

6. Maintain design documentation, test reports, and update design specifications.

7. Support certification testing and contribute to design-for-compliance improvements.

TECHNICAL SKILLS MUST HAVE

1. Proficient in C, C++, and Python for embedded control and real-time firmware development.

2. Strong understanding of power electronics topologies, including DC-DC, DC-AC, and AC-DC converters.

3. Experienced in firmware architecture design for modular, scalable, and safety-critical embedded systems.

4. Skilled in control algorithms such as PWM, MPPT, current/voltage loop control, and PLL for inverter applications.

5. Hands-on experience with microcontrollers and DSPs like TI C2000, ATMEGA32 and STM32.

6. Strong exposure to inverter systems, battery management systems (BMS), and power stack hardware design.

7. Proficient with software development tools, compilers, debuggers, and version control systems.

8. Experienced in hardware debugging, system integration, and testing of power electronic systems.

9. Capable of bridging firmware, hardware, and control system design for efficient and reliable power conversion solutions

10. Experienced in working with MODBUS and IEC61850 protocols.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
