Key Roles & Responsibilities

Market Research:

Conduct detailed research on industry trends, emerging technologies, and product innovations in

biotechnology, agriculture, and related fields.

Gather and analyse data on competitors, suppliers, and potential market opportunities.

Product & Process Development Support:

Assist in planning and executing research experiments under guidance.

Compile and interpret research findings to support new product ideas or process improvements.

Documentation & Reporting:

Prepare structured reports, research summaries, and presentations.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of research activities and results.

Industry Collaboration:

Identify and connect with relevant industry experts, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Support outreach activities for potential research collaborations.

Project Coordination:

Work closely with senior R&D team members to execute assigned tasks.

Assist in organising and coordinating project timelines and deliverables.

Continuous Learning:

Stay updated with the latest developments in biotechnology, microbiology, organic chemistry,

agribusiness, and agriculture.

Suggest innovative solutions and improvements based on research findings.
