QA Analyst I Opportunity Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic individual with an overall experience of 1 - 3 years to join Upland India as a QA Analyst I for our Upland Qvidian product. The i ndividual will work as a QA analyst primarily in manual testing. What would you do Test new features and bug fixes of the product before release Create and execute test cases and execute functional, application, security , accessibility and regression tests Record, analyze and report on test results and complex issues Interact with QA, Product Owners and Development team members to understand the testing requirements Participate in team meetings, which include, but are not limited to Sprint planning, grooming, daily stand up, etc. What are we looking for Technical Skills The following skills are needed for this role. Experience 1-3 years experience in Quality Assurance Bachelor\'s Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience Primary Skills (2-3 Mandatory Skills) 1-3 years of testing web based applications 1-3 years writing/executing manual test cases 1 + years experience with testing in Microsoft office Practical Agile and Scrum experience Secondary Skills (nice To Have) Experience in CRM Integration testing ( e.g. Salesforce, MS Dynamics, etc.) Experience in accessibility testing Experience in Security Testing Soft Skills Clear and effective communication both verbally and written Ability to work in a team environment with a diverse range of people Passionate about delivering an amazing customer experience Possesses a good work ethic; a self-starter with a desire to grow Growth Skills Always looking for better ways to get the job done Qualification A Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or equivalent will be required for this role . This role requires overlap with multiple time zones for planning meetings, status updates etc. on a regular basis. The duration of these overlaps can change depending on the type of meeting.
