Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Quotation Specialist to join our team. The role involves preparing accurate quotations for customers, coordinating with Sales Executives, negotiating discounts with dealerships, and ensuring timely follow-ups. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare quotations for customers based on their requirements Coordinate closely with sales executives to understand client needs Contact dealerships and vendors to request discounts and negotiate prices Apply approved discounts in quotations as per company policies Follow up with clients on sent quotations and address any queries Maintain records of all quotations and follow-ups Ensure pricing accuracy and timely delivery of quotes Communicate professionally with clients, dealerships, and internal teams

Key Skills Required:

Strong negotiation and bargaining skills Good verbal communication in Hindi and English Confident while speaking with dealerships and clients * Basic knowledge of automobiles
