We are looking for a detail-oriented

Operations Executive

to handle international quotations and client coordination. The role includes preparing accurate quotes, responding to client queries, and supporting internal operations to ensure smooth order processing.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and send accurate quotations for international clients Coordinate with internal teams (sales, purchase, logistics) Handle customer communication via WhatsApp, email, and digital platforms Maintain trackers for quotations and client follow-ups Assist in daily documentation and backend operations Generate weekly/monthly reports in Excel or Google Sheets

Requirements:

Graduate (Commerce/Business/Engineering preferred) 3+ years of experience in quotations, customer service, or backend operations Good command of written English and communication tools Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and email handling Prior experience with international clients is a plus

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
