Quotation Specialist

to strengthen our client coordination and operations team.

Role Overview

As a Quotation Specialist, you will be the key link between our internal teams and international clients. You'll handle end-to-end quotation generation, client communications, and backend operations to ensure smooth, timely, and accurate processing of inquiries and orders.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and share accurate quotations for international and domestic clients Communicate with clients via email, WhatsApp, and digital platforms Coordinate with internal departments - Sales, Purchase, Logistics - to gather pricing, availability, and delivery timelines Maintain quotation trackers, follow-up logs, and order processing sheets Generate weekly and monthly reports using Excel/Google Sheets Support daily operations by ensuring timely documentation and updates

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience in

quotation preparation

operations support

, or

client coordination

Strong skills in

Excel

Google Sheets

, and written communication Comfortable working in

night shift / US time zone

Detail-oriented with good follow-up habits Experience working with international clients is a plus Graduate in Commerce, Business, Engineering, or a related field
