A Quotation Maker profile (also known as a Quotation Specialist or Customer Quotation Specialist) is a role focused on preparing and managing quotations for products or services, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and profitability. These professionals analyze customer inquiries, gather pricing information, and coordinate with sales teams and vendors to create compelling and timely quotes. Key responsibilities of a Quotation Maker typically include:

Analyzing customer inquiries:

Understanding customer requirements, technical specifications, and business needs.

Gathering pricing information:

Obtaining quotes from vendors, negotiating prices, and understanding cost breakdowns.

Preparing accurate quotations:

Generating detailed and competitive quotes, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Maintaining quote records:

Keeping track of all quotations, their status, and relevant customer information.

Coordinating with sales teams:

Collaborating with sales representatives to qualify leads, understand customer needs, and identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling.

Providing customer support:

Responding to customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing additional information related to quotations.

Identifying process improvements:

Analyzing the quotation process and recommending ways to improve efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround time.

Negotiating contracts:

In some cases, may be involved in negotiating contract terms with customers.

Managing relationships:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Utilizing relevant software:

Proficient in using CRM systems, quotation software, and other relevant tools.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
