Job Summary:

The Quotation Executive will be responsible for preparing accurate quotations, BOQs, and cost estimates for interior and construction projects. This role involves coordinating with the design, procurement, accounts, and project teams to ensure competitive pricing and profitability while maintaining clear communication with clients regarding costs.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, review, and finalize project quotations and BOQs (Bill of Quantities). Coordinate with design teams to understand project drawings, specifications, and requirements. Collect vendor quotations for materials, furniture, fixtures, and services. Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to ensure competitive rates. Ensure quotations are accurate, detailed, and aligned with company pricing standards. Maintain a database of vendor rates, material prices, and past quotations for reference. Revise and update quotations based on scope changes or client feedback. Prepare cost comparisons and analysis for management review. Ensure compliance with GST, taxation norms, and billing policies. Provide timely follow-up with clients on quotation status and approvals. Support management in tender/bid preparation for large-scale projects.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and costing. Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD (basic), and estimation software. Good understanding of interior materials, construction processes, and market rates. Strong communication and negotiation skills with vendors and clients. Detail-oriented with analytical and mathematical abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. Team player with strong coordination and organizational skills.
