Requirements :

- Experience of 14+ years in content strategy, creation, monetization, and enablement

- Manage at least a team of 2 or more people, mentoring and aligning them with the strategy

- Plan and execute a content strategy that drives high engagement

- Create a content calendar that aligns with technology and services strategy

- Serve as editor-in-chief for all content to ensure quality, clarity, and consistency

- Stay updated on industry trends and adjust the content strategy as needed

- Collaborate with brand, product, and sales managers to create promotional concepts

- Manage the distribution of content across all channels

- Understanding of content marketing tactics, such as SEO, digital advertising, and social media marketing

- Demonstrated ability to lead content marketing campaigns

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Develop a content strategy consistent with the brand's image that addresses business goals and customer needs

- Strategizing content pillars and sub pillars and evangelizing it across leadership and cross-functional teams

- Develop content for technology solutions and products/platforms

- Help build marketing assets across different funnels of the customer journey

- Create a communication plan for any internal/external communication, and produce content for sales enablement campaigns

- Develop content governance guidelines for tone, style, and voice of all content, and ensure they are followed

- Develop editorial strategy so content is consistent across all delivery platforms

- Perform routine audits and make actionable recommendations to improve existing content

- Ensure the documents are error-free and impactful, with flawless language and formatting (the US and UK English)
