Overview

- The candidate will work in a fast-paced setting and have a variety of campaigns to choose from and work on. The candidate would be driving:

- Strategic Programs - Develop and execute both BAU as well as unique marketing programs to drive awareness & salience globally

- Strategy & Research - Work on directing marketing strategy through research and develop hypothesis for marketing driven value creation for the business

- Digital Marketing - Create buzz using digital marketing channels & tactics to generate brand awareness and lead generation, primarily through content marketing. Create social media strategies and execute them end-to-end to deliver business results.

- Content Marketing - Work on unique / innovative content formats to deliver work-class editorial calendar around the top strategic messages of each solution.

Responsibilities:

- The work is never boring as you get to try your hands on campaigns cutting across Digital marketing, BTL, events, marketing planning and execution, PR, AR, Comms, Thought Leadership, Content marketing communication etc.

- Develop a content strategy consistent with the brand's image that addresses business goals and customer needs.

- Strategizing content pillars and sub pillars and evangelizing it across leadership and cross functional teams

- Develop content for technology solutions and products/platforms.

- Help build marketing assets across different funnel of the customer journey

- Create communication plan for any internal/external communication, build content for sales enablement campaigns.

- Collaborate with HR to build the brand communication and strengthen the messaging to promote our culture and brand perception.

- Develop content governance guidelines for tone, style, and voice of all content, and ensuring they are followed

- Develop editorial strategy, so content is consistent across all delivery platforms

- Maintain an editorial calendar, ensure all stakeholders are on board, and organize delivery schedules.

- Perform routine audits and make actionable recommendations to improve existing content.

- Ensure the documents are error-free and impactful, with flawless language and formatting (US and UK English).

- Verify factual correctness of information, such as dates and statistics, and flag inconsistencies.

- Stay updated on appropriate style guidelines and ensure all deliverables are in line with the brand's house style.

- Review assets for style, readability, and adherence to editorial policies.

- Work closely with design, tech and marketing teams to identify opportunities and optimize efforts.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in creating and curating high quality content and driving content strategy

- Content presentation skills - you should be able to determine how content should be packaged to business actions.

- Content delivery skills - you determine the best distribution channel to deliver content to your audience.

- Multitasking and organizational skills - you will have to handle several types of projects and people regularly

- Editorial competency - you will conduct thorough audits to determine what content should be kept, edited, rewritten, and more

- Good analytical abilities to spot patterns and trends in content marketing data

- Having a keen interest in organizational goals and target
