Job Description

: Accountant (QuickBooks & Xero Expert)Overview

We are looking for a qualified

Accountant

with strong hands-on experience in

QuickBooks Online/Desktop

and

Xero

. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day bookkeeping, reconciliations, and monthly financial reporting for multiple clients.

Key Responsibilities

Handle daily bookkeeping: AP, AR, bank feeds, and journal entries Perform monthly

bank/credit card/loan/merchant reconciliations

Maintain and clean up books in QuickBooks & Xero Prepare monthly financials:

P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow

Manage integrations (Shopify, Stripe, PayPal, Gusto, Bill.com, etc.) Support month-end close, adjusting entries, and year-end review Communicate with clients to resolve missing or incorrect entries
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
