We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead our Quick Commerce (Q-Commerce) operations. The role involves overseeing business strategy, operations, category management, customer experience, and partnerships to drive growth in our rapid delivery ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in e-commerce/retail, operational excellence, and digital-first consumer businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Strategy & Growth
Develop and execute the
end-to-end Q-Commerce strategy
aligned with company goals.
Drive
sales growth, customer acquisition, and retention
through innovative campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
Category & Vendor Management
Manage
assortment planning, pricing, and promotions
for various categories.
Negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and brands to ensure competitive pricing and margins.
Track
inventory accuracy, demand forecasting, and product availability
.
Customer Experience & Technology
Monitor
customer satisfaction metrics
and drive improvements.
Team Leadership & Performance
Build, train, and lead
cross-functional teams
.
Define
KPIs
and track team performance for efficiency and profitability.
Foster a high-performance, customer-first culture.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
