The Quick Commerce Manager will be responsible for handling end-to-end operations for quick commerce platforms (such as Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.), including vendor coordination, stock availability, promotions, and performance tracking. Candidates with e-commerce experience and strong coordination skills will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee Quick Commerce platform operations (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.) to ensure smooth product listings and timely updates.
Coordinate with vendors and platform teams for stock availability, replenishment, and promotional activities.
Monitor product performance, pricing, and visibility across quick commerce channels.
Ensure timely dispatches and order fulfillment in coordination with warehouse teams.
Analyze platform sales reports and identify opportunities to improve sales and visibility.
Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns, offers, and visibility boosting activities.
Build strong vendor relationships to ensure smooth communication and business growth.
Stay updated with industry trends in quick commerce & e-commerce.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Quick Commerce / E-commerce Operations / Vendor Management.
Strong knowledge of e-commerce or quick commerce platforms.
Excellent communication and vendor coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
Problem-solving skills with a result-oriented mindset.
