Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Quick Commerce Executive

to oversee the day-to-day operations of our instant delivery network. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient order fulfillment, coordinate with delivery partners, manage inventory at dark stores, and help deliver exceptional customer experiences within strict timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage real-time order flow, ensuring 10-30 minute deliveries. Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure rider availability and performance. Track and maintain optimal stock levels across dark stores or micro-warehouses. Work closely with category and supply chain teams to plan replenishment and product placement. Analyze delivery time, order volume, customer feedback, and cancellations to improve operational efficiency. Resolve operational issues promptly, including escalations, delays, or inventory discrepancies. Ensure compliance with SOPs, hygiene standards, and safety regulations. Generate and present reports on key operational metrics (TAT, fill rate, NPS, etc.). Support onboarding and training of delivery personnel and store staff.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in logistics, quick commerce, hyperlocal delivery, or e-commerce operations. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with dashboards/ERP tools is a plus. Excellent communication and team coordination skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with tight deadlines. Knowledge of local geography and familiarity with route optimization is a bonus.
