Responsibilities:

Creating and implementing strategies to achieve online sales goals and enhance customer experience. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the online store, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management. Must have knowledge about

cataloging on online portals*
Should have knowledge how to

upload A+ Content.*
Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) like website traffic, conversion rates, and sales data to identify areas for improvement. Must have hands on experience

advanced excel formulas*
Ensuring a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience, including website navigation, search functionality, and mobile responsiveness. Working with various teams (marketing, sales, product, logistics, IT) to ensure smooth e-commerce processes. Managing relationships with third-party vendors like payment gateways, logistics partners, and e-commerce platforms. Staying informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
