Develop and manage strong relationships with buyers, category managers, and decision-makers at assigned accounts.
Drive listing, promotions, and expansion of product range in partner platforms.
Negotiate margins, trade terms, and joint business plans with modern trade & e-commerce partners.
2. Sales & Revenue Growth
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned accounts.
Ensure growth in primary and secondary sales through category expansion and promotions.
Monitor competitor activity and devise strategies to increase market share.
3. Promotions & Visibility
Plan and execute in-store and online promotions (discounts, offers, bundles, visibility campaigns).
Coordinate with marketing for digital campaigns .
Ensure proper product placement and availability across stores and online platforms.
4. Operations & Coordination
Work closely with supply chain to ensure smooth order fulfillment, replenishment, and stock availability.
Resolve issues related to pricing, stock-outs, and payments.
Track sales data, prepare MIS reports, and present performance analysis.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Understanding of
FMCG sales, modern trade, and e-commerce platforms
