We are looking for a passionate and driven
Business Development Manager - Quick Commerce
to lead and grow our brand presence across leading quick commerce platforms such as
Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart, BigBasket, and others
. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing e-commerce or quick commerce channels, driving revenue growth, building strong partnerships, and executing go-to-market strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with key quick commerce partners and aggregators.
Drive visibility, assortment, and sales performance across platforms such as Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart, BBNow, etc.
Negotiate commercial terms, marketing tie-ups, and visibility opportunities to maximize ROI.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance, and operations) to ensure seamless execution and availability.
Monitor platform analytics, campaign performance, and category trends to identify growth opportunities.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, new launches, and assortment expansions.
Track competition and consumer trends to optimize strategy and product positioning.
Achieve monthly sales, margin, and growth targets.
Key Requirements:
3-5 years of experience
in
E-commerce / Quick Commerce business development or key account management
.
Proven track record of managing platforms like Amazon, Flipkart,
Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket, or similar
.
Strong understanding of category management, online merchandising, and growth levers in the quick commerce ecosystem.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
MBA or equivalent degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
