Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented

QuickBooks Executive / Accountant

to manage day-to-day accounting activities using

QuickBooks (Online/Desktop)

. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting, with strong attention to accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate books of accounts using

QuickBooks

Record daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, expenses, receipts) Perform

bank, credit card, and vendor reconciliations

Manage

Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR)

Prepare invoices, follow up on collections, and process vendor bills Generate financial reports such as

Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow

Handle

GST/TDS entries

and assist in statutory filings (where applicable) Support

month-end and year-end closing

Coordinate with auditors and management for financial data and reports Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications

Hands-on experience with

QuickBooks Online/Desktop

Sound understanding of basic accounting principles Proficiency in

MS Excel

High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage deadlines and multitask effectively Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

B.Com / M.Com / Accounting Certification

Exposure to

Indian taxation (GST, TDS)

or international bookkeeping

QuickBooks Certification
