Responsibilities:
- Enter transactions in QuickBooks/Xero
- Bank and credit card reconciliation
- Maintain AP/AR ledgers and follow up
- Prepare monthly reports (P&L, Balance Sheet)
- Support in preparing GST/TDS summaries if required
- Communicate internally to clarify any transaction issues
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience
- Knowledge of QuickBooks/Xero (or willingness to learn quickly)
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Good Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
- Basic English communication skills
Salary:
- 8000 to 10000 per month based on experience and performance
