Greetings from L&T Infotech. We're hiring for Queue Manager Role : Queue Manager Exp : 3-6 Yrs Location : Mumbai Only Note : We need 15 Days' notice period only. Queue Manager: -Make sure ticket is properly assigned to the team -Make sure ticket is correctly updated -Ensure proper ticket status is maintained -Maintain response and resolution sla -Daily ticket audits are done & ensure process compliance -Coordinate with various infra teams for any code deployments -Ensure proper shift handovers are done -Creation and publishing of report -ITIL knowledge
