Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer queries related to airline services.
Provide accurate and timely responses while maintaining service quality standards.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering professional and empathetic support.
Maintain call logs and update query resolutions in the system.
Work effectively in a team to achieve performance targets.
