We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Online Queries Handling Executive to manage and respond to customer and business inquiries received via email, WhatsApp, website, and social media platforms. The ideal candidate will ensure timely, professional, and accurate communication with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all incoming online queries from customers, distributors, and partners.
Respond promptly to emails, WhatsApp messages, and social media inquiries.
Provide product details, catalogs, pricing, and order status updates.
Coordinate with the sales, production, and dispatch teams for query resolution.
Maintain a log of all queries and track follow-ups to closure.
Draft professional emails and maintain proper communication records.
Assist in preparing quotations, proforma invoices, or basic sales documents when required.
Escalate complex queries to senior management.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Graduate (any discipline); preference for commerce or business-related fields.
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Hindi.
Basic knowledge of email drafting, MS Office (Excel, Word), and WhatsApp Business.
Experience in customer service, online support, or sales coordination preferred.
Strong communication skills and polite demeanor.
Ability to multitask and handle pressure.

Salary Range:
?10,000 - ?15,000 per month (depending on experience)
Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
